Application Process

If you are interested in joining the V2TC, we’d like to learn more about your business.

To be considered for the incubator program and occupancy in the V2TC, you’ll need to complete the following steps:

Step 1:     Contact incubator staff to schedule an informational meeting and tour of the facility.

Step 2:      Submit a completed application with the following information:

  • Resume(s) of the principle officer(s);
  • A non-confidential executive summary describing your business, markets, solution being offered, target customers, etc.

The application is then reviewed by incubator staff and/or members of the advisory committee.  Within a week the applicant is notified of the approval or denial of their application.  If the application is approved, a lease for office space will be reviewed for signature.

Step 3:      Submit a signed lease.

Step 4:      Apply for Ventura Business License. (Signed incubator lease will waive certificate of occupancy fee.)
